Early morning (6:00 am): ½ tsp of fenugreek powder with water
7:00 am: 1 cup green tea without sugar + 1 biscuit
Breakfast (8:30 am): 1 medium bowl veg porridge/ poha/ upma or ½ bowl sprouts + 100 ml of fresh juice without sugar
Mid morning (11:00 am): 1 small fruit/ 1 glass lemonade/ 1 glass coconut water/ 1 cup or 50 gm low fat yogurt
Lunch (2:00 pm): 2 chapati (multigrain atta) + veg + dal or fish curry + salad
4:00 pm: 1 cup of sugar free tea or coffee + 1-2 toast
6:00 pm: 1 cup of clear veg soup
Dinner: 1 chapati + dal + veg + salad

- Vegetables
- Beans
- Lentils
Don’t take:
- Sodas
- Simple carbohydrates: processed/ refined sugars, chips, white bread, cookies, pastas, pastries
- Trans fats foods: Animal products, Margarine, Potato chips, popcorn, corn chips, popcorn, Fried potatoes, candy, Cakes, crackers, cookies, bread etc. (1)
